Extensive multi-sector and multi-national recruitment experience for world and brand leading blue chip companies both within the UK and European marketplace. Recruited niche and mass market skilled permanent, contract, technical, engineering, blue collar, white collar and senior management personnel. Since 2006 my career focus has been working within temporary market across FMCG and construction sectors before acquiring Freeway in 2008 in which has seen me specialising in recruiting into the driving and industrial sectors.
My drive and passion for both recruitment and quality has been the focus in the way I have grown and lead the company, the contracts we manage and sectors we have moved into. I am fully hands on in my role at Freeway, I always have been and that will never change. Our clients and our temporary team can and do call me at any hour of the day or night and know they will get me on the phone to support them, as do any of our in house team.
Whether we supply a small company or a large client who uses hundreds of temporary staff a day, we have a clear and obsessional hunger upon providing the highest quality in our service both internally, on our client’s floor or out on the road.
What's the best bit about working at Freeway?
By far, working with the whole team, in house as well as temporary team that represent us each day at our customer's operations. The relationships and laugh's we have together cannot be surpassed! Whether I am on site at 05:45am with the clients, drivers and warehouse staff or in one of our branches with some of the most dedicated people I have ever met that I am proud to say are our Freeway staff, they are the sole reason I get up and work tirelessly for each and every day. #TEAMFREEWAYROCK

So instead of making this about me let me tell you why an old timer like me enjoys working for a growing, diligent & fun loving company called Freeway. We are only as good as our drivers it’s all about people & personalities and we try our utmost to keep the star performers busy which normally takes care of its self. The problem occurs when our clients start fighting over our faces that fit. So we know who is going to fit in where and not just a rear in a seat.
With live clients covering the whole of Yorkshire and the North West, no matter if its twenty drivers a day or one, every client is vitally important to Freeway. The old adage you are only as good as your last driver will always ring true The future of your business success is something we value and word of mouth recommendation is always the best advertising.
